Brenntag buys Dutch chemical distributor C.N. Schmidt B.V.
Brenntag, the global leader in chemical distribution, announces the acquisition of the chemical distributor C.N. Schmidt B.V., headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Founded in 1921, C.N. Schmidt is focused on the distribution of specialty chemicals in the Netherlands and in Belgium. The company acts as a distributor, agent and logistics service provider with a focus on the food, pharma, rubber and water treatment sectors.
